Our Spring Lake kitchen project was truly a mix of bringing together the old and the new for a fresh and bright new feel to this small village house. We removed a wall that closed off the small and dated kitchen from the rest of the house. We added a new bank of windows to flood the kitchen with light all day long. We were able to uncover and restore the original hardwood floors throughout the home as well as the original chimney bricks that were buried beneath old plaster. Our favorite part of the kitchen renovation was bringing the built-in cabinet back to life with fresh paint and new hardware before filling it up as the cutest little coffee bar.
