FURNISH & STYLE
FURNISHINGS/STYLING/PAINT - NO CONSTRUCTION
Big design changes do not always require construction. Let's create a space you love to live in! From fresh paint to furniture, our style service includes designing, sourcing, purchasing, receiving, installing & styling when no construction is needed.

This is a great service for clients who want to elevate a space but are not looking for a full renovation project. We are able to work with pieces you already love and have in your home.

Ready to renovate but not sure where to start? Renovation projects are our expertise! We can help you navigate all the design decisions a renovation takes from planning and construction, all the way to the last styled shelf. Our design process is detailed and collaborative allowing all members of your renovation team to stay aligned.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
Building a new home comes with endless design decisions. We are there for our clients every step from beginning stages of architectural design all the way until your new home is furnished and styled. We value collaboration and communication in the build process. We know it takes a team of talented people to create inspiring homes. Our goal is to drive the design elements of your project from to start to finish in collaboration with your build team to create a home that inspires you everyday!

PHASE ONE
DESIGN
PHASE TWO
Let's get to know each other! We start with a complimentary Discovery Call to learn about you and your project. If working together is a good fit, we move on to our in-person design consultation in your space. This allows us to gather the full scope of your project and provide you a detailed design service fee estimate for your project.
The design phase launches with client design homework, followed by on-site measurements, photos, and contractor meetings. Next, we begin curating your Design Concept Proposal to finalize room layouts, furniture placement, and overall design scheme. We then move to the Design Presentation, a tactile presentation including material samples, furnishings, drawings, layouts, elevations and 3D renderings. Once approved, we create a detailed spec book to keep the design elements on track throughout construction.
PROCURE
PHASE THREE
Using the final design presentation, our team purchases all design elements such as furniture, window treatments, lighting, accessories, special orders, custom pieces, textiles, materials, and appliances. We place all orders, track lead times, arrange deliveries, inspections, and furniture assembly.

INSTALL
PHASE FOUR
We're finally here - install day! This is when everything we have designed together comes to life. Install starts by delivering and placing all large furniture items. Our team will then assemble, hang, and install all the remaining pieces. We will finish by styling and accessorizing each space before we photograph.
